Soft watercolours in unexpected tones of blue, red and yellow are used to create the animal images in Canvas Colour Animals S/2. The set features one image of a giraffe and the other of a zebra, both on a neutral background with geographic patterns gently contrasting with the patterns in the animals.
The unexpected is what makes the Canvas Colour Animals S/2 from LaVida so charming, yet so effective. This set of two frameless, canvas prints features two safari animals - a giraffe and a zebra - rendered in watercolours. The tones of red, blue, yellow and brown are not those found in nature, but work together harmoniously and are particularly well suited for a child's bedroom or playroom. The soft colours and soft eyes of the animals, along with the muted geographic patterns of the backgrounds, would make for a perfect addition to a nursery. Both canvases measure 50 centimetres square.
