Standing Sign Ahoy

Sailboats, fisher folk, the smell of a fresh catch and boats coming home at sunset - waves and the sound of the gulls in their cacophony - all of this are images of the seaside that fills our senses. This beautifully created from metal and wood piece is truly dramatic in its symbolism. A perfect setting for it would be a bar or seaside restaurant, maybe even the room of anyone who cannot have enough of the sea. The metal anchor, all rusty and rough edged looks, as if it has been pulled out of the waters.
